Company's Application in the above matter. In paragraph 8, third line, the dollar amount
given is $5,092,774. The dollar amount should actually be $5,418,662 to conform with the
testimony of Ken Petersen. Therefore, Idaho Power Company has corrected the error and
replacement pages have been provided with this letter.
