On February 23 2010, the Commission issued a Notice of Modified Procedure, Order No.
31010, in this case. Among other things, the Notice established a 30-day period for the filing of
written comments, and a 10-day period for the filing of reply comments. On March 31 , 2010, Idaho
Power Company filed a Motion requesting the Commission extend the comment period to April 9
2010. The Commission determined at its April 5 , 2010, Decision Meeting to grant Idaho Power
Motion and allow for the filing of reply comments on or before April 9, 2010.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the reply comment period in this case has been extended
to April 9, 2010, to provide parties an opportunity to file reply comments on or before that date.
