NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL
OF PLEADING
ldaho Power Company ("ldaho Powe/'), in accordance with RP 68, hereby
respectfully files this Notice of Withdrawal of the Application previously filed in this
matter. This Notice is being provided to the ldaho Public Utilities Commission
("Commission") Staff and to the City of Kuna. Pursuant to RP 68, "Unless otherwise
ordered by the Commission, the notice is effective fourteen (14) days after filing."
Because of changed circumstances, and the passage of time, Idaho Power no
longer wishes to pursue this matter formally at the Commission at this time. Should the

need to formally pursue this matter reemerge, ldaho Power will file a new proceeding
with the Commission.
