In my recent power bill there was an insert about Idaho Power wanting to raise
rates. . . AGAIN ! I am writing to encourage you to DENY their request. Our rates were just
recently raised in the last couple months!! I understand times are hard and money is short,
but so it is with everybody in every case. I have seen a dramtic decrease with my own wages
and have multiple family members who have lost their jobs. We are all finding ways to cope
and so should Idaho Power! Our rates have increased every year for the last I don't know how
many years and it needs to stop NOW!!! Please, for our sake and for the sake of our
children, DENY their request!!! Thank you! Patrick Leishman
