Please describe your comment briefly:
As a result of the new tiered rate structure~ my electric bill will already increase by 10%
annually. I have sent separate comments on the unfairness of the tiered rate structure
itself~ and I have sent data~ calculations and additional comments to Mr. Curtis Thaden via
e-mail. For this case~ I would like to focus on the point that the PCA increase of 11.4% will
take my annual increase to 21.4%. I believe that 21.4% is well beyond what any resident
should be expected to bear on a year over year basis. I believe the PCA increase should be
delayed until the tiered rate structure can be redefined to be fairly applied~ and the
compounding effect mitigated.
