On February 8 , 2010, the Commission issued a Notice of Application, Notice of Motion to
Approve Stipulation, and Notice of Modified Procedure in this case. Among other things, the Notice
established a 21-day period for the filing of written comments , but did not specifically provide a time
for the filing of reply comments. On March 4, 2010, Idaho Power Company filed a Motion
requesting the Commission extend the comment period to allow parties to file reply comments. The
Commission determined at its March 8, 2010, Decision Meeting to grant Idaho Power s Motion and
allow for the filing of reply comments on or before March 19 2010.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the comment period in this case has been extended to
March 19,2010, to provide parties an opportunity to file reply comments on or before that date.
