Please describe your comment briefly:
I would like to suggest that Idaho Power take an equal percentage out of all the SO~ sales
as the $S00.000 that was recently approved for engery education was from the 2007 sale and
set it aside for energy interest and that the sale of credits should have some vehicle for
continuing increase ina public benefit, thereby reducing energy consumption and thus the
need for emissions.
