No comment on (AMI) charge. Against (EE) and (FCA) programs. The later two, as i read this,
I'm already paying 2.5%. I do not wish to pay for others improvements. If all these things
save money, why are bills going up as much as they are? Currently I am bailing out banks,
people that overspent, bought nouses that shouldn i t have, and soon, i the government i .
