IPC-E-09-03 (Idaho Power) MOTION FOR LIMITED ADMISSION – PRO HAC VICE On April 16, 2009, the Northwest & Intermountain Power Producers Coalition caused to be filed with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (Commission) a Motion for the Limited Admission of Susan K. Ackerman, Esquire in Case No. IPC-E-09-03 (reference Idaho Bar Commission Rule 222; IPUC Rules of Procedure 19 and 43.05). The local Idaho counsel filing the Motion is Peter J. Richardson, Richardson & O’Leary PLLC, 515 N. 27th Street, Boise, Idaho 83702. Susan K. Ackerman certifies that she is an active member in good standing with the Bar of the State of Oregon and that she maintains a regular practice of law at 9883 NW Nottage Drive, Portland, Oregon 97229. Ms. Ackerman further certifies that she is not a resident of the State of Idaho or licensed to practice in Idaho and that she has not previously sought admission under IBC Rule 222. Both Ms. Ackerman and local counsel, Mr. Richardson, certify that a copy of the Motion, accompanied by a $200 fee, has been provided to the Idaho State Bar. Mr. Richardson acknowledges that as local counsel, his attendance shall be required at all proceedings before the Commission in which Ms. Ackerman, unless specifically excused by the Commission. DECISION MEMORANDUM 2 COMMISSION DECISION A Motion for Limited Admission Pro Hac Vice has been filed with the Commission in Idaho Power Case No. IPC-E-09-03 (Langley Gulch), by local counsel, Peter J. Richardson, on behalf of Susan K. Ackerman. Staff counsel recommends that the filed Motion be granted. Does the Commission without further procedure or notice find it reasonable to grant the Motion authorizing Susan K.
