DON'T YOU THINK OUR POWER RATES HAVE GONE UP ENOUGH IN THE PAST 2 YEARS??
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! WE HAVE MADE EVERY EFFORT TO LIMIT OUR USAGE AND YET THE RATES GO UP AND
UP!
MAYBE IT'S TIME FOR IDAHO POWER TO TIGHTEN UP THEIR BELT A LITTLE!
AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED, THEY ARE JUST PLAIN GREEDY!!!! AND, WITH NO COMPETITION,----WHO'S
