IPC-09- ORDER NO. 30830 On March 25, 2009, Invenergy Thermal Development LLC filed a Petition to Intervene in Case No. IPC-09-03. IDAPA 31.01.01.071-075. In Order No. 30767 issued on April 7, 2009, Invenergy s Petition for Intervention was granted. On May 28, 2009, Invenergy filed a Motion to Withdraw as a party. IDAPA 31.01.01.045. COMMISSION FINDINGS The Commission has reviewed and considered the filings of record in Case No. IPC- 09-03 and Invenergy s Motion to Withdraw as a party. The Commission finds that Invenergy s withdrawal will not disrupt case proceedings and finds that Rule 45 of the Commission s Rules of Procedure permits withdrawal. The Commission finds it reasonable to grant Invenergy s Motion to Withdraw. ORDER In consideration of the foregoing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED and the Commission hereby grants the Motion of Invenergy Thermal Development LLC to withdraw as a party in Case No. IPC-09-03.
