IPC-E-09-03 NOTICE OF ISSUE IDENTIFICATION NOTICE OF SCHEDULING NOTICE OF HEARING On March 6, 2009, Idaho Power Company (Idaho Power; Company) filed an Application with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (Commission) in Case No. IPC-E-09-03 for a Certificate of Public Convenience nnd Necessity (Certificate) authorizing construction of the Langley Gulch Power Plant (Langley Gulch; Project) and inclusion of the Project in the Company's rate base. Idaho Code § 61-526, -528; RP 112. On March 19, 2009, the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Intervention Deadline and scheduled a prehearing conference. On Apnl 15, 2009, a preheanng conference in Case No. IPC-E-09-03 was held in Boise, Idaho. The following paries of record appeared: Idaho Power Company Baron L. Kline Lisa D. Financial considerations - risk, etc. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that pursuant to agreement of the parties and the Commission, the following scheduling in Case No. IPC-E-09-03 is adopted: April 28, 2009 Idaho Power supplemental direct testimony (re: Idaho Code § 61-541) - prefile deadline June 5, 2009 Production Request - deadline June 19,2009 Staff/Intervenor direct testimony - prefie deadline July 2, 2009 July 31, 2009 Rebuttal testimony - prefie deadline Post-heanng brief - fie deadline The above deadlines are for testimony and exhibit filing with the Commission. E-copy service on paries of record should be made on the same date to the extent practicable with full service of testimony and exhibits provided to paries of record no later than the following business day. ON TUESDAY, JULY 14, 2009 AT THE COMMISSION HEARNG ROOM, 472 WEST WASHINGTON STREET, BOISE, IDAHO and continuing if necessar on July 15-16,2009. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all proceedings in this case wil be held pursuat to the Commission's jurisdiction under Title 61 of the Idaho Code and that the Commission may enter any final Order consistent with its authority under Title 61. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all proceedings in this matter will be conducted pursuant to the Commission's Rules of Procedure, IDAPA 31.01.01.000 et seq. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all hearings and prehearing conferences in this matter will be held in facilties meeting the accessibilty requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other assistance in order to paricipate in or to understand testimony and argument at a public hearing may ask the Commission to provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance at the hearing.
