On page 16 of Idaho Power Company's Response to Intervenors' Joint Motion to
Stay, Idaho Power states, "In the aggregate, these cancellation fees and lost deposits
would total approximately $25,500.00 on September 30, 2009." This number is
incorrect and should be $25.5 milion.
