THE PROGRAM IN THE PCA. )
COMES NOW, Idaho Power Company ("Idaho Powet' or "Company") and, in
accordance with RP 56 and RP 256, hereby moves the Commission to close this case.
This Motion is based upon the following:
1. On December 3, 2008, the Commission bifurcated the primary issues in
this matter into consideration of (1) the proposed program changes as set forth in the
Stipulation and (2) the Company's funding proposal to include program costs in the
Company's power cost adjustment ("PCA"). Order No. 30686, p. 1. The Commission

commenced a 14-day comment period regarding the proposed program changes set
forth in the Stipulation. Id. at p. 1, 3. The Commission also commenced a 14-day
intervention period regarding the Company's proposed funding method. Order No.
30694, p. 2. No party petitioned to intervene.
2. On January 14, 2009, the Commission issued Final Order No. 30716
approving the Stipulation regarding the proposed changes to the Irrigation Peak
Rewards Program ("Program"). On the remaining issue, the Company met with
Commission Staff and representatives of the Idaho Irrigation Pumpers Association and
discussed the issues related to the Company's proposal to include funding in the PCA.
Based on those discussions, the Company proposes to close this case and address the
Program's funding in the Company's upcoming filing related to the Energy Effciency
Rider. A comment period has not been established, nor has any other procedure been
set forth with regard to the bifurcated issue of the Company's funding proposal to
include program costs in the PCA.
NOW, THEREFORE, Idaho Power respectfully moves the Commission to close
this case, as there has been a final order issued for issue (1), consideration of the
Program changes set forth in the Stipulation, and the Company requests to consider
issue (2), the Program's funding, in its forthcoming Energy Effciency Rider filing.
