I am a developer in Twin Falls and Kimberly, Idaho- Greenridge Development, LLC.
Idaho Power and I have installed electrical infrastructure for 188 lots in Twin Falls and
Kimberly.
I have read the testimony from Mr. Slaughter, and letter from Mr. Creamer.
The $800 I receive back per lot once a customer account is hooked up is an important part of
the project finances for us.
If this was taken away, it would definitely have a negative impact on us and this additional
cost will end up being passed to the home buyers.
Please do not allow this. I agree with Mr. Slaughter that if anything this $800 should be
increased and extended out 10 years.
