On March 7.2012,the Commission issued Order No.32476 approving changes to
Idaho Power Company’s Rule H tariff.Sections 10 and 11.The Order was a Final Order
addressing changes to the tariff required by the Idaho Supreme Court following an appeal filed
by the Ada County Highway District.On March 28.2012.Petitions for Reconsideration were
filed by the Highway District and Build Idaho,Inc.Idaho Power filed an Answer to the Petitions
on April 4,2012.To assist the Commission’s determination to grant or deny reconsideration,the
Commission will convene a hearing for oral argument to consider the issues raised by the
Petitions for Reconsideration and the Company’s answer.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a hearing for oral argument will be convened
by the Commission on APRIL 19,2012,AT 10:00 A.M.IN THE COMMISSION HEARING
ROOM,472 WEST WASHINGTON STREET,BOISE,IDAHO.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all hearings in this matter will be held in
facilities meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other assistance in order to participate
in or to understand testimony and argument at a public hearing may ask the Commission to
provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance at the hearing.The request for assistance
must be received at least five (5)working days before the hearing by contacting the Commission
