RE:IDAHO POWER’S ADVISORY LETTER REGARDING TRANSFER OF
TITLE OF TERRACE HILLS MOBILE ESTATES METER PEDESTALS
BACKGROUND
On June 28,2016,Commission Staff received an advice letter from Idaho Power advising
about its intent to transfer title of 16 meter pedestals in the Terrace Hills Mobile Estates mobile
home park in Cascade,Idaho to the joint owners of the property.Commission Staff conducted a
review of the proposed transfer and determined it was a de minimis transaction with no impact
on customer rates.Staff recommends that no further process is warranted.
