To whom it may concern:
I would like to say that this agreement is considered to be a win win situation for the base
and Idaho Power. We are very pleased to have the opportunity and after this summer initiate
the A/C cool credit program throughout all of our housing units. The base fully understands
that this is a voluntary program. We will be notifying the public in base housing as to the
program requirements and how they may be affected. Thank you for your time and assistance
by reviewing our case.
