Why the three tier system when using power? I have an all electric home and am retired. My
electric bill has doubled since November. I don i t know what we are going to do in the future
if Idaho Power is allowed to charge such high fees and make a 30% profit. I can i t say that
you guys have done a very good job of protecting the consumer. Take a look at the paper and
the comments about Idaho power and the IPUC. In the summer time we can handle the heat and
use very little air conditioning but with age we need to keep warm and we are doing that by
utilizing some of our budgeted money from food and meds. We need some type of relief! Help!!!
