My home is all-electric, this three-tiered plan is highly discriminatory. Why should I have
to subsidize people who use other energy sources? In a free country, why aren i t electricity
rates based on the cost of producing and delivering that power? In that case I should really
be getting a volume DISCOUNT. Why do you bureaucrats have to socially engineer everything?
Enough of this i spread the wealth around i crap already!
