Idaho power is asking again for a rate hike. How can this be? They are getting more profit
then ever before and it seems like every year they are asking for a hike in our rates. How
are ordinary people going to be able to pay their bills and feed their families if they keep
getting these hikes? I beg of you please do not grant this to them again.
