SUBJECT: IDAHO POWER’S APPLICATIONS TO APPROVE SECOND
AMENDMENTS TO ITS ENERGY SALES AGREEMENTS WITH
RIVERSIDE INVESTMENTS I, LLC, CASE NOS. IPC-E-16-09 AND IPC-
E-16-10

On April 28, 2016, Idaho Power Company filed two Applications asking the
Commission to approve the Second Amendments to its Energy Sales Agreements with Riverside
Investments I, LLC. The sole change in the amendments is to correct the name of the
contracting entity in the Agreements from “Riverside Investments, LLC” to “Riverside
Investments I, LLC” – the name of the entity on file with the Idaho Secretary of State. Both
Idaho Power and Staff recommend that this change be approved without further process.
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission wish to approve the Applications to correct the name of the
contracting entity, without further process?
