This Energy Efficiency Rider is designed to fund the Company’s expenditures for the analysis and implementation of energy conservation and demand response programs. MONTHLY CHARGE The Monthly Charge is equal to the applicable Energy Efficiency Rider percentage times the sum of the monthly billed charges for the base rate components.
