TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
I oppose the 1.4% increase by Id Power to pay for a new $64.9 million
natural gas plant near Mountain Home. They need to budget for this.
This is case number IPC-E-08-01.
IPC-E-08-03 ENERGY EFFICIENCY RIDER:
I oppose the proposal to increase the surcharge Idåho Power collects
to pay for "so called" demand response and energy efficient programs.
I am a Senior living on a fixed income and conserve on electricity
everyday an~ way I can so I don It have to pay any higher electric bill
than I have to, then Id Power comes along with these;'surcharge gimmicks.
This means I have to pay for the rich who don It conserve. My grocery bill
keeps going up, my gas for my car increases every time I fill up, we
simply cannot continue to keep up on a fixed income.
I oppose the 10% increase on June Is t, by Id Power. (:/è- If - () g- (J 7)
Ida Power is making mega bucks, they need to quit passing.jncreases onto
the backs 0 f Seniors, single parents arid the poor. Theirr CEO'S are well
paid. They need to have training sessions on budgetting, like I have to.
