REVISIONS TO THE GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS INDEX,
SCHEDULE INDEX,AND CANCELLATION OF SHEET NO.23-Il
On March 22,2016,Idaho Power submitted Tariff Advice 16-01 to revise Idaho
Power’s Electric General Rules and Regulations Index,Schedule Index,and cancelling Sheet
No.23-Il.Over time,changes have been made to the titles and page numbers of tariff
schedules and rules.Because of the changes,the indexes for the tariff need to be updated.In
addition,Schedule 23 was updated when Advice No.15-16 was filed.The page numbers
changed when wording was moved,resulting in Sheet No.23-Il being eliminated.In addition
to the housekeeping changes,3 new schedules are added to the index:
Schedule 73 —Cogeneration and Small Power Production Schedule —Idaho
Schedule 82—Flex Peak Program
Schedule 87—intermittent Generation Integration Charges
Idaho Power requests that the proposed revisions become effective April 22,2016.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff reviewed the revisions to the General Rules and Regulations index.Schedule
Index,and Schedule 23.Based on its review,Staff recommends approval of Idaho Power’s
proposed changes to its tariff.
