As a consumer I would like to comment about the Case brought forth by Idaho Power to
modify the formula. I have always been an advocate of Idaho Power and feel that our rates
here in this state are much better than in other states I have lived in. For Idaho power
to pay a higher amount to a small-power producer would only be seen in future rate hikes
for the consumers of this state. I would wholeheartedly endorse the formula modification.
