COMES NOW, Idaho Power Company (Idaho Power" or "the Company") by and
through its attorneys and hereby moves to withdraw the pending Joint Petition for an
exemption from Rules 102 and 103 of the Idaho Public Utilty Commission's Master
Metering Rules for Electric Utilities for the mixed-use development to be built at Sixth
and Front Streets (the "Development") by C-Squared Development, LLC in Boise,
Idaho.
Joint Petitioner Gary Christensen is no longer associated with the Development,
which continues under the direction of C-Squared Development partner Clay Carley.
Although the Development is being reconfigured in a manner still expected to meet
Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design ("LEED") certification standards, the
Joint Petitioners prefer to re-fie the exemption request when the plans are finalized.

NOW THEREFORE, Idaho Power respectfully requests that the Commission
grant this Motion and conclude this proceeding.
