I think the power shoud be purchased at the lowest going rate. I have read the
information provided by Id. Power with the my last bill. It would appear that the rate
increase is a little bit more than the the clean air credit 77.5 million vs 76.7. Based
on the table provided by the power company it would appear that I am losing most of my
credi t but still on the posi ti ve side. So I think their information is confusing as
provided. Are they saying my base rate is going up 11.0% or .2419 cents and I retain myclean air credit of .3689 cents? I think the power company could have been a little
clearer on their information.
Also water levels in Brownlee need to be regulated as to protect habitat for spawning fishand their fry.
