I think that a raise of about 11 percent for residential customers is a slap in the face.
I would be angry by a raise of 4 or 5 percent. Idaho Power is really only concerned withtheir stock holders. Whatever happened to friendly customer service and rates????

From what I understand, this rate increase is all PCA (power cost adj ustment). I think it
would be very wise to see at least part of this increase be in the base rate, as we all
know the price of power will have to go up in the future. Thank you.

I believe the rate increase is fair. The rate we currently pay is well below the national
average. I believe in the future our rates will mirror the national average. I also
believe it would be a good idea to have some of the rate increase be in the base price and
not all of it be in the PCA. It would be better to have the prices slowly and steadily go
up rather than have big jumps. That is why I think it would be good to have 5% of the
increase be in the base rate. Thank you.

Please describe your question or comment briefly:It's interesting that you have raise the cost. Last year you had the most rain in years &
the costs were still high. Consider this... a house of 1100 sq feet cost $80 dollars at
the coldest time of the year only at 68 degrees. That's terrible. I know it must be
higher for Senior Citizens who have it much higher. Like over $200 dollars. You don
need to raise the price.
