1 - Do not raise the powwer rates2 -Seek out and encourage more ways to generate electicity like wing generators, but NOTCOAL!!! !
3 - Upon getting this the additional electricity into the grid with no new rate hikes
your need for water generated electricity should deminish some. If this should ever occur
I ask that you request an opening at the Twin Falls power dam for a release of enough
water so that the Twin Falls would once again be 'two falls . This would enhance tourism
and yet retain the hold back water for recreation and should still be able to power newer
more efficient power generators.
