energy efficient.
I~aho Power and a numberof Community Ac-
tion Program (CAP) agencies are now asking ,-J
for permission for Idaho Power to spend $1.2 million on this program.
The Public Utilities Commission should approve expansion of this pro-
gram.
In addition, Idaho Power s shareholders sho~ld match this customer in-
vestment in order to expand this program and shorten the 2-6 yearwaiting" .
list. This would allow more families to benefit from this critical program.
