This Monopoly Power company Idaho Power is asking for another rate increase. Why? Then
ask why they are putting in a fish run on the Malad river at no cost. Sounds fishy to me.
The excuse was the fish could not get up from the river or down to the river. It is
pristine water and the trout are natives and were doing fine. This is another excuse to
raise rates under the guise of some other reason. Build other types of power plants. Why
not Nuclear? There are companys that do. The current electonic controls are very advanced.
This power monopoly needs to be broken up! They seem to get whatever they want. Like the
power they provided
to Calif at an outrageous cost and a Calif judge said no-way! This request is just a way
of covering their losses.
