Please describe your question or comment briefly:
The requested rate increse for Idaho Power customer, that is to improve equipment,
tranmission lines, etc.
I do believe that was the plan on the last rate increase.
Idaho power is a private company that is in business for profit, therefore the should
shoulder the improvements from thier profits not out of thier customers pockets. I always
thought if a company was in business as a service organization it is up to them to
shoulder thier own improvements.
There for I am obj ecting to this request for a rate increase.
