Dear si r:
m writing to tell you not to grant the rate increase to the Idaho Power~ 1"m on
disability and only get $ 630.00 a month. I already pay S 141.00 a month in power
now.
I have electric heat.
My gi rlfriend charlene sinclair is on Railroad retirement and she gets only $
1200.a month. She pays $ 67.00 a month.
Both are level pay.
