I just recieved a letter from Idaho Power about the proposed rate increase. I was shockedabout the breakdown on this increase. The residential seems ok, but the cause of myconcern is about the proposed increase for small commercial. I feel that this puts the
majority of their increase on the shoulders of small businesses. I own and operate a smallauto service and repair shop- which was changed from residential to small commercial last
year- I saw my bill go up about 30-45 dollars a month. Now it seems that I will again bearthe burden of another increase. Small business owners already seem to take a large burden
of covering costs and here comes another. I feel that the large commercial and industrial
should have a larger increase and small business should be lower. When you take 15% of39 it is a larger increase that 15% of 3.07. Please look at these ideas and comments,then make the apporpriate adjustments. thank you, tony.

I recently received notice of their proposed rate increase. We fall in the ' SmallCommercial' area. This is already the highest rate in their chart. I know we don t use
as much electricity as 'Large Commercial' or 'Industrial' but they both have much lowerrates To me this is a prej udice against the ' Li ttle Guy It seems to me a bit larger
increase on their part would make it so that it was not necessary to give such a large
increase to the ' Li ttle Guy I also consider ' Irrigation ' as one of the ' Li ttle guysThank you for listening to me. Anita Shore
