OF HEARING
CASE NO. IPC-07-
On June 8 , 2007, Idaho Power Company filed an Application for authority to
increase its rates an average of 10.35%. If approved the Company s revenues would increase by
$63.9 million. The Company requested that the proposed rate increase become effective on July
, 2007.
On August 8, 2007, the Commission issued a Notice of Scheduling and Notice of
Hearing, establishing October 19, 2007 as the deadline for Staff and Intervenors to file
testimony, and setting December 10-, 2007 as the technical hearing. On October 18, 2007
Idaho Power and Staff filed a Joint Motion to Extend the Procedural Schedule. On October 19
2007, the Commission issued Order No. 30456 granting the Joint Motion to Extend the
Procedural Schedule. Consequently, the technical hearing was scheduled to begin Tuesday,
January 22, 2008.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that, at the request of the parties of record, the
technical hearing will convene on WEDNESDAY. JANUARY 23. 2008 AT 9:30 A.M. AT
THE COMMISSION HEARING ROOM. 472 WEST WASHINGTON. BOISE. IDAHO
rather than on January 22.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all hearings in this matter will be held in
facilities meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other assistance in order to participate
in or to understand testimony and argument at a public hearing may ask the Commission to
provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance at the hearing. The request for assistance
must be received at least five (5) working days before the hearing by contacting the Commission
