PUBLIC WORKSHOPS
On June 8, 2007, Idaho Power filed an Application seeking authority to increase its
rates an average of 10.35%. If approved the Company s revenues would increase by $63.
million. The increase in base rates would vary by class of customer and actual usage.
On June 25 , 2007, the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Intervention
Deadline. Order No. 30346. The following parties have been permitted to intervene in this
proceeding: the Industrial Customers of Idaho Power; the Idaho Irrigation Pumpers Association
Inc.; the Kroger Company; Micron Technology Inc.; and the United States Department of
Energy.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a public workshop will be held in this matter
on MONDAY. OCTOBER 1. 2007. AT 7:00 P.M. IN THE POCATELLO CITY HALL
LOCATED AT 911 N. SEVENTH STREET. POCATELLO. IDAHO
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that a public workshop will be held in this matter
on TUESDAY. OCTOBER 2. 2007. AT 7:00 P.M. IN THE TWIN FALLS CITY HALL
LOCATED AT 305 TIDRD AVENUE EAST. TWIN FALLS. IDAHO
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that a public workshop will be held in this matter
on WEDNESDAY. OCTOBER 3. 2007. AT 7:00 P.M. IN THE IDAHO PUBLIC
UTILITIES COMMISSION HEARING ROOM LOCATED AT 472 WEST
WASHINGTON. BOISE. IDAHO
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the purpose of these public workshops is for
Commission Staff to dispense information concerning the Company s Application, and to obtain
input from the public prior to filing its testimony in this case. The Company s customers and
any other interested members of the public are encouraged to attend.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC WORKSHOPS
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the workshop in this matter will be
conducted pursuant to the Rules of Procedure adopted by the Idaho Public Utilities Commission.
IDAPA 31.01.01.000 et seq.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Company s Application and exhibits
have been filed with the Commission and are available for public inspection during regular
business hours at the Commission offices. The Application and exhibits are also available on the
Commission s Website at www.puc.idaho.gov under the "File Room" and then "Electric Cases.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all workshops and hearings in this matter
will be held in facilities meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with
Disabilities Act (ADA). Persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other
assistance in order to participate in or to understand testimony and argument at a public hearing
may ask the Commission to provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance at the hearing.
The request for assistance must be received at least five (5) working days before the hearing by
