between July 1,2007 and December 31,2007.
On December 31, 2007, Idaho Power Company had issued $640,771,000.00 in
commercial paper debt or short-term borrowings for this period.
On December 31, 2007 most of the commercial paper short-term debt was paid
off except for a balance of $ 136,585,000.00 which was carried over into 2008.
