IPC-07- ORDER NO. 30389 INL Biofuels and Renewable Energy Technologies petitioned to intervene in this case after the close of business on July 18, 2007, the deadline for petitioning to intervene. Rules of Procedure 61 and 71 through 75 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission IDAPA 31.01.01.061 and 071-075. FINDINGS OF FACT We find that the Petitioner failed to enclose the "attached service list" referenced in the filing and therefore failed to provide proof of service as required by Rule 63 of the Commission s Rules of Procedure. We nevertheless find that based on the pleadings and other documents filed in this case, intervention by this party would serve the purposes of intervention as described by Rule 74 of the Rules of Procedure and should be granted. ORDER IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by INL Biofuels and Renewable Energy Technologies is hereby granted. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all parties in this proceeding serve all papers hereafter filed in this matter on all parties of record.
