COMES NOW Time Warner Telecom ofIdaho LLC ("Time Warner ) and pursuant to
RP 72-73 petitions to intervene in the above matter and in support thereof respectfully shows as
follows, to wit:
Time Warner is an Idaho Limited Liability Corporation authorized to conduct business in
the state ofIdaho.
II.
Time Wamer is a retail electric service customer of Idaho Power Company, taking
service at various points of delivery under various rate schedules.
III.
Time Warner is also a customer of Idaho Power Company s pole attachment services.

IV.
Time Warner provides telecommunications services in Idaho in competition with Idaho
Power Company s affiliate company, Idacomm Inc.
For the foregoing reasons Time Warner has a direct and substantial interest in this
proceeding.
