SPREAD TESTIMONY AND
EXCUSE WITNESS Y ANKEL
COMES NOW the Idaho Irrigation Pumpers Association, Inc. ("Irrigators ), through counsel
and hereby move the Commission for an order allowing the direct testimony of Anthony J. Yankel
to be spread upon the record at the technical hearing in this matter to commence on April 11, 2006
and to excuse witness Yankel from appearing or testifying at the hearing.Alternatively, the
Irrigators request leave from the Commission to pennit the Irrigators' witness Yankel and counsel
to appear and participate via telephone conference call for the purpose of presenting this testimony.
This motion is made upon the grounds and for the reasons of the Settlement Stipulation
executed between the parties settling all issues in the rate case, to expedite the hearing and approval
process and save expense to the Irrigators. This motion has been discussed with counsel for the
Commission Staff and Idaho Power Company, neither of whom have any objection to this motion.
