Pursuant to the Notice of Petition/Notice of Intervention Deadline/Notice of
Procedural Conference in this matter issued on July 1 , 2005, and pursuant to this
Commission s Rules of Procedure , Rule 071 , IDAPA 31.10.01074, I hereby submit
my Petition in the above-captioned matter.
PETITION TO INTERVENE
As an Idaho Power Company ratepayer I feel that the volatility of my future costs of
electric power can be moderated though a well conceived and implemented PURPA:
Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 policy. I have a degree in mechanical
engineering and an MBA and a strong interest in renewable energy resources. I also
have experience working with Idaho wind developers and have participated in the
IPC-O5-22 workshops and would like to fully participate in future workshops and
discussions.
