Energy Vision LLC ("EnVision ), pursuant to the Notice of Petition/Notice of
Intervention Deadline/Notice of Procedural Conference in this matter issued on July 1
2005, and pursuant to this Commission s Rules of Procedure, Rule 071 , IDAPA
31.10.01074, hereby submits its Petition in the above-captioned matter.
PETITION TO INTERVENE
EnVision is a small wind energy developer which holds land rights in the service
territory of all three Idaho public utilities. We have been developing these projects with
the intent to sell energy under the recently authorized PURPA Contracts. Therefore,
EnVision has direct and substantial interest in these proceedings and requests the right
to intervene and to appear and participate as a party.
