The Coalition will file written comments on this application prior to February 16. The Coalition has 14 member organizations in Idaho and has been active in proceedings before the Public Utilities Commission. NW Energy Coalition was a party in the recent Idaho Power rate case and currently serves on the Idaho Power Energy Efficiency Advisory Group. The NW Energy Coalition member groups have a strong environmental and consumer interest in ensuring that Idaho Power invests in all cost- effective energy efficiency and demand-side management programs and that they are implemented in a timely manner.
