GEOTHERMAL'S OPPOSITION
TO CONSOLIDATE
Subsequent to filing the reply in this matter, counsel for Idaho Power informed counsel
for Mr. Lewandowski and Mr. Schroeder (complainants), that it would agree to allow all
complainants in both dockets an additional week to file their testimony with no other change to
the proposed schedule. Thus the Commission can consolidate these cases with no change to the
procedural schedule other than allowing until June 9 for pre-file direct testimony by all
complainants.
SUBSEQUENT REPLY TO OPPOSITION TO MOTION TO CONSOLIDATE
s. Geothermal will not be prejudiced by having additional time to pre-file its
direct testimony since no other date in the procedural schedule will be changed.
