Rule C Exemptions
Dear Ms. Jewell:
Following the issuance of Order No. 30274 granting Idaho Power Company
Petition for an exemption of specific accounts from the Company s Rule C aggregated
meter reading provisions, it was brought to my attention that a typographical error existed
in Idaho Power s original petition. Although the Company requested an exception for a
Micron Fab B (Nampa)" account, it should have read "Micron Fab D (Nampa " No Micron
Fab B account exists.
In consultation with Deputy Attorney General Donovan Walker, Idaho Power
requests that the list of customers exempt from Rule C as it is applied to aggregated meter
readings be amended to reflect this corrected account name. The Company also requests
that this letter be added to the Commission s file to document the correction.
