On January 11 , 2007, Jerene Phillips filed a Complaint with the Commission
regarding a disputed billing amount that resulted from an incorrect multiplier applied to her
metered usage. The Commission issued a Summons to Idaho Power on January 17 2007. On
February 7, 2007, Idaho Power filed a timely answer to the Complaint.
The parties met for informal settlement discussions on April 11 , 2007, and were not
able to settle the issues. The parties have prepared a proposed schedule for the remainder of this
case. The parties agreed that this matter is appropriate for a decision on written submissions
without a formal hearing, and submitted a proposed discovery and briefing schedule to the
Commission for approval.
NOTICE OF SCHEDULING
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission finds the public interest may
not require a hearing to consider the issues presented and that this matter may be heard by
written submissions rather than by hearing.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Commission adopts the following
