I want to go on record in support of Idaho Power I s purchase agreement with Alkali Wind
Farm. We are gifted here in Idaho with a large amount of wind energy potential and that
energy along with other renewables, green buildings and a concerted effort and energy
efficiency and conservation should along with hydro become the base of our energy policy.
