Regarding the article in the Jan 5th Statesman about Idaho Power s request to the IPUC
for approval of sales agreements for wind power provided by two proposed proj ects, I wish
to encourage the IPUC to do everything in it's power to promote and encourage all suchgreen-power proj ects in Idaho.
Also, another article invited comment concerning a proposal for a new natural gas fired
electrical generation plant. I feel that ALL funds should be spent on green power and
steps in any direction that entail the use of polluting and ever-diminishing and ever more
expensive fossil fuels are steps in the wrong direction. Jack Enterkine
