Dear Ms. Jewell:
Pursuat to Order No. 30268, Idao Power Company ("Company") has filed quaerly Performance-
Based Demand-Side Management Incentive Pilot progrss updates for the first three quaers of 2008. Each
of the progress updàtes included preliminar program results along with an estimated market share
achievement to date. Currently, the Company is finalizing its accounting records for 2008. Rather than
providing preliminar year-end results at this time, it is my intent to provide final year-end program results on
or before Marh 15, 2009, as allowed by Order No. 30268.
